Rocco also was the voice of Roger Myers Jr. the Itchy & Scratchy Studio boss on 'The Simpsons".
Rocco acted in several other films including, 'Starsky & Hutch', 'Facts of Life' and 'The Rockford Files'.
Rocco's death was announced by his daughter on Saturday.
He is survived by his wife, actress Shannon Wilcox, his daughter Jennifer, son Lucien and a grandson.
